Endemol Shine Australia is looking for an enthusiastic Commercial & Digital Coordinator with skills in graphic design.
Responsible for supporting our digital and commercial teams you will have a passion for admin, but also have a creative side and experience making pitch decks, animated gifs and video assets.
Though no two days will be the same, regular duties will include being responsible for:
Confidently creating pitch decks, reports or strategy presentations
Managing creative assets such as logos and brand graphics
Assisting in the delivery of content and managing content delivery schedules
Supporting the administrative side of the team such as booking travel and reconciling expenses
Reporting on digital campaigns for clients and partners.
You will:
Have a proven history of working in a corporate environment as a coordinator or executive assistant
Be able to provide a portfolio or examples of graphic design work
Be extremely comfortable in the Adobe Creative Cloud, primarily Photoshop and Premiere
Have a passion for TV and entertainment
Possess an eye for detail when it comes to spelling and grammar
Have a cool head under pressure
Enjoy working in a team environment and working collaboratively
