We are currently seeking an internal Recruiter to join our Post Production team based in Rosebery, Sydney (parking is provided). The role will have a wide variety of responsibilities including but not limited to;
Assisting in managing all facets of the employee recruitment process including advertising, screening, interviewing candidates, responding to applicants, suggesting suitable candidates and negotiating rates and terms where appropriate
Building and maintaining excellent relationships with our pool of freelance talent.
Identifying suitable candidates for upcoming available roles and offering creative alternatives to our Executive Producers for consideration (with often limited time frames)
Negotiating with freelance crew their terms of agreement and remuneration.
Working collaboratively to identify new avenues for attracting and retaining talent.
Future planning to ensure we have adequate resources available to upcoming productions
Focusing on sourcing international freelance talent through innovative channels and search methods
Key skills required for the role include exceptional relationship building skills, strong communication skills, have a friendly and approachable manner and be able to exercise discretion and confidentiality at all times.
We are looking for someone who ideally has a background in either the Media, Television, Events or Creative industries with experience recruiting in large volumes.
