Leanne joined Endemol Shine Australia in September 2011, bringing with her over 15 years experience in Human Resources across industries such as media, telecommunications, and digital advertising.

Leanne is an operationally focused cultural ambassador and is passionate about business partnering and driving employment engagement and retention activities. Her expertise lies in business consultation on employee and industrial relations, the establishment of key HR policies and procedures as well as executive coaching.
