Sara Horn, Managing Director, Production & Operations

Collaborating with CEOs Mark Fennessy & Carl Fennessy since the early days of Crackerjack, Sara held the position of Director of Production both at Crackerjack and for four years at FremantleMedia Australia.

Sara’s strength in leadership has been essential to her management of some of the biggest and most logistically challenging TV shows in recent Australian history.  Some of these credits include The Biggest Loser, Masterchef, So You Think You Can Dance and Australia’s Got Talent.  Sara now employs her skills and experience in managing a large team across a diverse production slate at Endemol Shine Australia.
