Currently Hiring: Development Producer – Formats & Sales Assets

EndemolShine Australia is searching for a creative, dynamic, and detail orientated Development Producer to bring

their passion, curiosity, ingenuity to our ideas pipeline - originating & developing formats, sharpening mechanics, and

packaging concepts into decks and sizzles that sell. You’ll join a highly experienced team with a big new international

remit and a bias for fun, fast, and collaborative iteration.

The role

  • Observe, ideate, and share: kernels of ideas for transforming

    into original TV formats.

  • Originate & interrogate formats: Turn toplines into testable,

returnable shows across entertainment, competitive reality,

talent‑led and fact ent spaces. Pressure‑test the playability,

scalability and commercial potential of new formats.

  • Design the play: Build fair, producible rules and beat‑by‑beat

flows with jeopardy, reveals, twists, and pace tuned as required to

    suit format, buyer, and audience.

  • Package to win the room: Create persuasive one‑pagers,

premium Keynote decks and punchy sizzles; script/oversee sizzles

    and test shoots.

  • Test & iterate quickly: Coordinate tabletop playtests and office

    run‑throughs; capture learnings and refine.

  • Position smartly: Track briefs, slots, genre trends, ratings, IP

movement, and competitor moves; tailor materials to buyers

across Australian, international and streamer markets.

  • Research with purpose: Build evidence‑led comparisons, and

insights that strengthen creative and commercial framing.

  • Work smarter with tools: Open to using AI to accelerate &

enhance execution, while maintaining originality and quality.

You’re the one that we want if...

  • You are an idea generator with strong commercial instincts and a

sharp sense of what feels fresh, buzzy, addictive, and sellable.

  • Can translate a spoken brief into best‑in‑class sales materials -

    quickly and with craft.

  • Bring a confident deck aesthetic: typography, layout, GFX, and

visual grammar tailored to different channels and streamers.

  • You can work fast and autonomously once the brainstorming is

done and the targets are set.

  • Write clean and persuasive copy.

  • Live close to pop culture and social trends; you spot talent‑led

    opportunities in headlines and feeds.

  • You can zoom out and connect the dots to transform a good idea

into a brilliant idea that becomes ‘must have’.

  • You are hungry, curious, tenacious, robust, and fun.

  • Understand international and streamer sensibilities, including

audience needs, tone and visual grammar by platform.

  • You have strong observation skills and a keen interest in

    human behaviour.

  • Are a clear, persuasive communicator who networks easily and

builds trust—while maintaining confidentiality and discretion.

What success looks like

  • Tight, testable formats that read clearly, play cleanly and convert

    in buyer rooms.

  • Decks and sizzles that communicate look, feel and audience

    engagement at a glance.

  • Smart positioning across local, international and streamer

buyers that shortens the path to greenlight.

  • Energy, fresh perspective, and unique interests & insights that

    contribute to ESA’s creativity.

Skills & tools

  • Keynote (must‑have) and PowerPoint with a premium eye for

typography, layout, imagery, branding & GFX, and channel‑specific

    visual grammar.

  • Premiere Pro or Final Cut for sizzles/teasers; Photoshop for key

    art/posters (or willingness to upskill).

  • Strong research practice; comfortable leading gameplay sessions

    and measuring what works.

Location: Sydney, NSW

Team: Development

Type: Full-time
