Jane Macaulay, Director of Production, Post Production & Technology

An accomplished television production executive with more than 28 years’ experience, Jane has credits across many much-loved programs both in Australia and the UK. Emigrating to Australia in 2009, Jane joined Shine Australia as a production executive and now holds the position as Endemol Shine Australia’s Director of Production and Post Production. 

In her current role Jane is responsible for overseeing ESA’s vast production slate, working closely with the creative teams to bring to life their ideas through collaboration with production, technology and post-production team, overseeing productions from end to end to ensure their timely and on-budget delivery. 

Recent credits include Big Brother, Australian Survivor, Australian Ninja Warrior, Married at First Sight, Old People’s Home for Four Year Olds and Gogglebox.

Born in Liverpool, UK, Jane has a reputation for taking on new and challenging TV formats, working all over the world. In her 12 years working as a line producer in London across multiple genres, highlights have included work for Darlow Smithson, Avalon Television, ITV Studios, Betty TV, Silver River and Optomen Television.
