TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR SUBMITTING VIA PITCHBAY TO ENDEMOL SHINE AUSTRALIA

By submitting your proposal via PitchBay to Endemol Shine Australia (“ESA”, “we”, “our”, “us”), you agree:

1. It’s your original work and you don’t need to ask anyone else for permission to submit it to us.

2. You acknowledge we receive a large number of ideas from different sources and that we may already be considering, developing or producing ideas similar to yours.

3. You understand we may discuss your proposal internally with our personnel to assess its suitability.

4. If we decide to reject your program idea proposal, we’ll promptly delete all information & materials submitted as part of your proposal from our files, save for your name, contact details, the title of your proposal & when it was received & deleted.

5. For talent, brand partnership & location proposals, we’ll keep your proposal on file to consider should a suitable project arise in future.

6. Please keep a copy of all materials submitted as part of your proposal. Due to the volume of proposals received, we can’t guarantee this data will be retained by us.

7. We can’t accept any responsibility or liability for any loss or damage by you or anyone else in connection with the submission of your proposal.

8. We won’t be liable for any payment in exchange for the submission of your proposal.

9. You agree to be governed by the law of the State of New South Wales and its courts in relation to your proposal.
