Joining Endemol Shine Australia (ESA) in 2010, Tara McWilliams has been behind some of Australia’s highest profile reality programs. In a career spanning over two decades, Tara has produced some of Australia’s largest formats including Married At First Sight, The Voice, The Biggest Loser, Shark Tank, The Bachelor, Junior MasterChef, Project Runway and The Apprentice. Recent credits include three seasons of hit dating reality show Love Triangle for Stan; original factual series for ABC, Headliners, which went on to win an award in the 2025 New York Festivals TV & Film Awards; the heartwarming, AACTA award-winning Old People’s Home for Teenagers; globe-trotting adventure reality series Rush for Channel Nine; The Traitors, Dream Home and brand-new renovation format, My Reno Rules.

In 2011 and 2012, Tara travelled the world as an international consulting Executive Producer, travelling to territories including China, Turkey, South Africa, Dubai and the Philippines to advise on local format productions of MasterChef and The Biggest Loser. She then went on to enjoy a two-year posting with Shine America (2012 – 2013), working from their Los Angeles office to produce various reality shows, including The Face with Naomi Campbell.   

For the past 10 years, Tara has been at the helm of Nine’s ratings juggernaut hit show, Married At First Sight.
